Immediate support of sanitary and social aspects (accommodation, substitute treatment, social follow-up)
Assessment and orientation towards a suitable structure at longer-term

Publics concernés

Individuals with addictions to legal or illegal substances who are involved with the justice system

Any individuals released from prison within the last six months or subject to a court-ordered measure, referred by a healthcare or legal professional

Terms

The team receives all requests submitted by professionals (legal, medical, social, etc.).
Immediate assistance for a maximum of 3 months.
Depending on needs:

  • Social and educational support
  • Hotel room accommodations, renewed weekly
  • Arrangement of medical care (HIV, hepatitis, etc.)
  • Specific addiction treatment (detoxification, substitution therapy, psychotherapy, etc.)
  • Development of a plan for social and professional reintegration

After this 3 month social support period, the patient must be able to integrate the existing support structures at longer-term, depending on his needs.
